Clients to Choose From

While you can always choose your own client and brand for my class projects, you’ll also find downloadable Brand Asset Project Folders below. These will get you designing immediately. Each folder contains the client’s logo, main brand colors, and several photos or videos for use in designing your class projects. You will still choose the design style, typefaces, additional colors, and repeatable design elements and create the final layout.

Remember to do your research first. Search for other designs (a simple web image search is fine) within the same project, client, or product category to see what other designers are doing. This ensures that you are doing something appropriate for your category while also doing something different, so your design stands out and looks unique.

This is what it’s like for most graphic designers every day. They get most of the brand assets for a project, but they still get to add their creativity and design the final look.

Be sure to upscale your images if needed. Always double-check they are 300ppi resolution at your final design size.

Use a vector logo whenever you can, especially for printed marketing material. For web-based design, use the transparent PNGs.
