1-Page Media Kit – Instructions
1-Page media kits are popular with bloggers and social media influencers. They use them to market themselves to other influencers and companies that may want to sponsor, partner, or collaborate. For this project, you’ll create a 1-page Media Kit in Illustrator or InDesign because that’s the software most employers want you to design in.
Grading Checklist
- Design a 1-page media kit for a fictitious blogger/social media influencer
- Use Illustrator or InDesign
- 8.5″ x 11″, one-sided
- Choose your own typeface, colors, design elements, and layout
- Make this look like an infographic with some personality
- Use the design elements I give you (download below) for a fictitious blogger and social media influencer. You choose the name you will use.
- Or you can create your own fictitious influencer and design elements. Be sure to use most of the design elements and data you see in the real examples below. Use the exact same wording and numbers, or change them slightly.
- You’ll download a PNG from Canva for critiques and to upload to Blackboard for grading
