Microsoft Teams – How to Video Conference

NOTE: We’ll only use Teams in my classes for as-needed video conferencing. Please email me for your regular class needs.

This tutorial will show you how to video conference with me individually, or as an entire class if we ever need to do so.

First: Email me to arrange a time

If you want to connect with me using Teams, please send me an email first. We’ll set up a time to video conference and I’ll call you through Teams at that time.

A few minutes before our scheduled Teams conference, you should:

1. Sign in to your Western college email account

2. Click the nine small squares in the upper left corner and then click on Teams

3. Once Teams opens, click on your class

4. Hold tight until I call through Teams. You’ll see an incoming call to answer.
